Alicia is an experienced psychologist who provides counselling to adults, couples and adolescents from Year 7 onwards. She is passionate about helping people create more healthy, meaningful lives and more connected, fulfilling relationships.

Alicia specialises in the areas of sexual and gender diversity, relationship counselling, identity and mental health. She often works within LGBTIQA+ specific areas with a focus on sexuality, gender dysphoria and support with transition. She supports adults, couples, and adolescents and their parents, as they navigate the gender journey. Alicia is interested in the connection between the mind and body, and the intersection of gender and neurodivergence. She supports clients to find peacefulness within their bodies and develop a healthy understanding of their capacity. She aims to create a safe, relaxed space to support clients to work towards understanding and achieving their therapeutic goals. Alicia also offers a focus on improving connection and communication within relationships (individuals / couples / throuples / poly).
Training:
Alicia graduated from Monash University with a Master of Psychology (Counselling), PostGradDip of Psychology and Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). Alicia is a full member of AusPATH and AAPI. She offers trauma informed, neuro-affirming care and is trained in EMDR, EFT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Imago Therapy and Family Therapy.
